These coaching programs are held by certified coachs , duly trained in the methods and ethics of coaching, with a strong professional experience and capable to act as a bridge between the individuals' culture of origin and the environment wherein they are to live and work at the moment of the coaching..

Coaching can be started at any moment of the expatriation: prior to departure, when arriving in the country of expatriation, when starting in the new job, during the expatriation itself all the way to the come back .

In certain cases, the support may start in the country of origin and continue in the country of expatriation.
